Understand it in ten seconds

How to play

Learn how tiles, neighboring buildings, reserves, and instant previews work in Quick Build and Empire Run.

The whole game in one sentence

Place buildings beside helpful neighbors to create combos, then finish before the timer with enough population, food, power, and city harmony.

Your first three moves

Place a House, put a Park beside it, then place a Power Plant away from homes. The board previews every gain, cost, affected tile, combo, and pollution penalty before you commit.

  • Green solid links are helpful relationships.
  • Red dashed links are harmful relationships.
  • Farms feed homes; power plants keep them running.
  • A building can be strong and still be wrong for a particular tile.

Two complete modes

Quick Build is a 60-second, 6×6 tutorial puzzle with four buildings. Empire Run is a three-minute, 8×8 run with twelve buildings, a city trait, one bonus goal, unlocks, upgrades, and more combo routes.

Read the result, then retry

A loss names the first concrete shortage. The result keeps only the most useful numbers and offers an immediate same-map retry or a new seed, so the next idea is one click away.
